PLEASE NOTE:
PARTIES SHOULD BE BOOKED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
*Exceptions DO apply if your date and time is available when you call or we if have a cancellation
PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO MAKE SURE YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE PRIOR TO PURCHASING!

A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE A DATE.
WE WILL NOT HOLD RESERVED DATES WITHOUT A DEPOSIT
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY OF EACH CHILD MUST BE TURNED IN PRIOR TO PARTY STARTING
If you need to reschedule, It must be done 7 days prior to the parties date or there will be a 50.00 charge.
If cancelled after 7 days prior to event there will be a 75.00 late charge.
If you are decorating, Party Area can be decorated anyway you like. Our only request is that you do not decorate or bring confetti or anything that contains glitter. If this situation arises, there is a 100.00 clean up fee!!!

All About Horses Party
Party Length: 1 1/2 Hours
Ages: 4** & Above
Includes...
Party Area for Food, Cake, Presents, etc.
The first
45 min will be riding and an activity if time allows - and 45 to 50 min in party area
($50 for every 1/2 hr extra in party area)
**Pricing:
Ages 4+ (up to 14 Kids): $300
** For safety reason children 4 and under require more supervision in arena,
$10.00 extra for any extra child or adult
that wants to ride.
You can show up 30 minutes prior to the party to decorate. $30.00 Additional fee to show up an hour prior to the party to decorate.
PLEASE let us know how much time you need so we can be prepared.
Please note: The 45 to 50 min riding time with horses is for children (Party Head Count Participants) only. Adults and extra party guests can ride for an additional fee of 10.00 each after the kids are finished riding. The adults are not considered part of the head count of the party unless discussed during booking. You can add food and cake for an additional fee for adults.
